My story is much like yours, i used to struggle with my health and weight, but in time and education i learned the scientific principles of dieting, strength and hypertrophy. By being dedicated to myself and education i was able to lose 75 pounds and graduate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Nutrition Specialist, Certified Weight Loss Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer. It is my years of personal experience and professional education that i will share and teach you, to your best results ever.
