What’s the best diet for health and weight loss? The one that has the greatest sustainability and adherence, that gets results, based on the foods you love to eat. Unless there’s a medical need, there’s no foods you should be avoiding or removing from your diet. But just because we can eat anything, achieve weight loss and improve health, doesn’t mean that we should. We should be striking a flexible balance of both nutritional foods and the decadent ones.
