The reason I have a frustrated emoji at the end of this sentence is because itâs an overwhelming systemic problematic sign of whatâs wrong with the gen pops expectations and reason for exercise.
You shouldnât be approaching the solution to your health and weight gain problems with the attitude of how fast or long will this take. Youâre setting yourself up for massive failure.
You donât just get to achieve your goal and then stop as youâll end up right back exactly where you started and many times in a worse situation.
The best way for you to get the results you want is to ask âhow do I make this sustainable for the rest of my life?â
What daily practices and behaviors in my life need to change for the better to continue to do this every day. Only when you learn how to make diet and exercise as part of your regular routine will you be able to stop the yo yo dieting.
