This is the most googled fitness question of 2021 đŸ˜€

The reason I have a frustrated emoji at the end of this sentence is because it’s an overwhelming systemic problematic sign of what’s wrong with the gen pops expectations and reason for exercise.

You shouldn’t be approaching the solution to your health and weight gain problems with the attitude of how fast or long will this take. You’re setting yourself up for massive failure.

You don’t just get to achieve your goal and then stop as you’ll end up right back exactly where you started and many times in a worse situation.

The best way for you to get the results you want is to ask “how do I make this sustainable for the rest of my life?”

What daily practices and behaviors in my life need to change for the better to continue to do this every day. Only when you learn how to make diet and exercise as part of your regular routine will you be able to stop the yo yo dieting.
