🎄 How to diet through the holidays 🎉

Dieting through the holidays isn’t easy, but if this is something you choose to do, you have to ask “is this worth it?” There are many options to consider and you need to choose what personally works best for your individual situation.

If you’re really going to be committed to hard dieting & weight loss, it won’t be easy, you’ll have to omit yourself from enjoying all the foods that will be around you, bringing your own meal prep to any function you may attend.

Or you can take the flexible dieting approach and plan out in advance a few meals or occasions to enjoy without guilt or stress but know this will slow down your results. Aside from those planned meals or events, it’s business as usual.

Additionally, you don’t actually have to lose weight at all. You can make the choice to just maintain being free to enjoy whatever food you want but still practicing portion control without being glutinous.

Whatever path you choose, stay as active as possible and make sure it’s the one that best serves you, your goals, life and happiness.
