So how do we fix this breakfast blunder? With Cinnabon cinnamon rolls‼️ Yes, that’s right, by substituting those muffins with these individual portioned and calorie controlled baked goods, we can actually increase diet sustainability & adherence, as well as reduce calories.
These cinnamon rolls only have 280 calories, that’s including the frosting, compared to the 650 calories of the muffins! That’s a difference of 370 calories per day, 2,590 per week, 10,360 per month and 124,320 calories a year! Thats a possible difference of 35.5 pounds!
