Food is not a reward, exercise is not a punishment‼️

If you want to make real progress this year, you’re going to have to accept food is not a reward for doing exercise. You don’t burn nearly as many calories as you think. Furthermore, exercise is actually pretty terrible for burning calories.

You should be exercising for the inherent value and benefits that it provides.

Additionally, exercise should never be used as a form of punishment for eating food. Just enjoy the food and don’t feel guilty about it. No food is good or bad and nutrition science DOES NOT OBJECTIVELY RECOGNIZE CLEAN EATING TO BE A REAL THING!

Exercise because you enjoy it and diet on the foods you enjoy as well.
